Verified, anonymous feedback
Each interaction card carries a single-use QR code tied to one real encounter. That verification step helps ensure feedback reflects actual community interactions — not bulk submissions or online brigading.
Surveys are anonymous by design. Residents are not asked for names, email addresses, or phone numbers as part of the standard survey flow.
No PII by default
Guardian Score is built to collect performance feedback, not resident identity data. Written comments are moderated and scrubbed for personally identifiable information before they reach dashboards.
Departments control what is shared internally and what appears on optional public profile pages.
Role-based access and auditability
Access is role-based — officers, supervisors, and administrators see views appropriate to their responsibilities. Access and export actions are logged to support internal governance and review.
For a full description of how data is collected and used, see our Privacy Policy.
No IT integration required
Guardian Score runs as a standalone cloud platform. Most departments go live without CAD, RMS, or SSO integration — reducing security review scope and deployment time.
Enterprise customers can discuss SSO and additional controls during procurement.
FOIA and public records
Because feedback is anonymized and aggregated, many departments find disclosure scope narrower than with named complaint systems — but public records laws vary by jurisdiction.
Agencies should consult their legal counsel on what records may be disclosable. Guardian Score can support exports for review; redaction and legal determinations remain with the agency.
